I will 3d model a custom ring (including ring size) with custom text "engraved". You can then take the model and get it printed at shapeways.com. I will not pay for the 3d printing. These are high quality. The most affordable option is the stainless steel, but they offer gold plated, bronze plated, and even solid sterling silver.
